Last year, my wife rated the team with 5 stars during the installation and payment process. However, a year and a half later, the staff didn’t show up as they said they would, and they weren’t responding to our texts either. All we needed was a straightforward task: reconnecting the outdoor cameras to the new router that our service provider recently switched out. I left a negative comment on December 12, 2022. But then, Ovi reached out and came over the same day, working for three hours to resolve the issue at no cost. Now, I really have to say a huge thank you!

I’ve got a mixed bag of thoughts but I’m still giving it 5 stars. My order showed up a week behind schedule, but the owner was upfront about what was going on and gave a clear explanation. They promised a new delivery date and even brought it over personally that same day. The product itself is fantastic and just what I was looking for. So, even with the delay, I’m sticking with 5 stars because the owner was truthful and showed real integrity, which is a rare find in businesses these days.

Not impressed so far. I’ve made two purchases from this place. Each time, I paid extra for next day delivery, and was assured the items were available, yet both times they showed up late. The first instance, they claimed it was a mistake on their part and promised it wouldn’t happen again. Now, the second order is almost a week overdue, and I’ve had to deal with extra costs because of the delay. I’ve reached out via email, but no responses have come my way. If they don’t get their act together, they’re gonna lose customers.

I've bought from them multiple times. They send you exactly what you ask for, and they do it on time. They pick up the phone and respond to emails. They fit the bill for a trustworthy supplier. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I quickly reached out and had a chat with Ovi. It became clear that the package had been tampered with after it was sent out. I highly suggest spending a bit extra for express delivery with a reliable courier, which is what I’ll do next time. Despite the hassle and the expensive loss of items during shipping, the service was first class. I hope Ovi manages to track down the missing items.

The price was solid, but the shipping and delivery didn’t live up to what I was told when I placed my order. I had a couple of options, so I went with the standard delivery that was supposed to take 3 to 5 days. After waiting 5 business days, still no package. I reached out to customer service on Friday and they said I’d get an email with the status and tracking... but that email never came. So, I called again on Monday, and they assured me I’d get the email and tracking info, which finally showed up. The parcel came the next day, and it turned out a “next day” service had actually been used. Looks like there was a mix-up at the warehouse, but to be fair, the customer service rep was pretty helpful and even called to make sure everything was alright.

I definitely suggest this. I ordered 6 Hikvision 8MP Colorvu cameras. It was the best deal I found online, and the shipping was super fast. They showed up the very next day. The communication was excellent as well, both over the phone and through email.
